1. Term registration:

Lessons must be paid for prior to the start of each term.

2. Change of teacher:

The institutes reserve the right to change the teacher - Subject to ADEK approval.

3. Purchase of resources:

The parent agrees to purchase music books based upon the request(s) of the Instructor.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling policy:

It is imperative that students and parents understand the following requirements as this is critical to ensuring our students receive the highest, consistent standards of teaching along with receiving accurate and reliable timetables.
a) Students can reschedule a lesson only if the student is absent as a result of sickness or school arranged activities. In the case of school-arranged activities the teacher must be given 24 hours’ notice.
b) Students are not entitled to make up missed lessons if 24 hours’ notice not given.
c) Catch up lessons should be arranged within the TERM only.

5. National holidays:

Lessons scheduled on National holidays such as New Year, Eid and National day will be rescheduled at the time of booking to a mutually convenient time. The Institutes will be closed during these holidays.

6. Refund policy:

a) We have a no refund policy.
b) Outstanding lessons can be transferred to other family members or friends. An additional administration charge of Dhs 100 will be made.

7. Associated Board for the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM):

a) All ABRSM exam students, except piano students, must arrange their own piano accompaniment for the exam. This can either be arranged independently or through the institutes (at additional cost). Aural lessons may also need to be arranged if the student is not taking the exam package.
b) ABRSM rules and regulations apply to all exams (www.abrsm.org).
