1. Lesson registration

Lessons must be paid for prior to the start of each term.

2. Change of teacher

We reserve the right to change the teacher.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling policy

a) Lessons can only be rescheduled if the student is absent as a result of sickness orpre-arranged school activities. In the case of school-arranged activities the teacher must be given 24 hours notice.
b) Lessons missed due to holidays taken during term time cannot be rescheduled.
c) No lessons can be carried over to the next term.

4. Refund policy

a) We have a no refund policy.
b) Outstanding lessons can be transferred to other family members or friends. An additional administration charge of Dhs 100 will be made.

5. Accompanists for external music exams

All exam students, except piano students, must arrange their own piano accompaniment for exams. This can be arranged independently or throughtheir teacher (at additional cost).
